Arepas is the Colombian daily bread. We eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they are normally made from gluten free corn flour and formed into a large circular shape. This versatile dish can be prepared on a grill, fried or roasted.

These arepas are cheesy, slightly sweet, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. A traditional arepa from the department Boyacá, also known from the Disney movie Encanto!
Empanadas are perhaps South Americas most known dish, with each country and region having their own unique take and twist on this famous hand pie. Our empanadas are traditional Colombian Empanadas, made from corn flour and elaborated with our family recipe originating from Northern Colombia.

Fried papa criolla made from a native to South America and are especially popular in Colombia, these are normally grown in the highlands of Los Andes. Served with our homemade smoked aioli!
Yuca fries made from raw cassava (or yuca), a starchy root often used in Latin America and Caribbean cuisines, served with our homemade garlic dip.
Salad mixed with mango, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion and parsley. Topped off with fresh lime and parsley oil!
